Since moving into our home in 1993, we had the idea that we
would like to redo the kitchen. We had no definite plans,
just that it needed "something".
In the fall of 2006 we both went to the Business Expo held
at Westlake. There we met Lester Kuhn. We talked and looked
at many pictures and liked what we saw. Lester's work, as
well as the quality of the cabinets is first rate, and we
are very pleased with the result. A lot of time was spent
in planning with many drawings and discussions. The work is
professional and is scheduled and done efficiently.
As an added bonus, I'm quite sure that this renovation will
add to the resale value of our home, if and when we decide
to sell.

It was a stroke of luck when we met Lester Kuhn as he was
bringing his kitchen building business - Kitchens at the Lake
- to the lake. We had several brainstorming sessions with
him and he artfully revised our original kitchen plans. We
are very thankful that with his experienced vision of an efficient,
attractive and customized kitchen, he was able to transform
our original floor plan into a beautiful kitchen. This transformation
increased the size and improved the utilization of space.
Being unfamiliar with the Honey Brooke brand of cupboards,
we found a local dealer and examined them. These cupboards
are upscale, solid wood and come with a lot of standard quality
features such as automatic slow closing drawers. They are
custom built to fit our space and definitely add to the overall
value of the house.
The quality of the cupboards was matched by Les's professionalism.
We were very impressed with his creative ideas, timeliness
and attention to detail.

Dear Les:
I am writing to you to rave about the recent work you have
completed in our new home in Richmond. When we were first
considering purchasing this home, we knew that we would need
to update the house in its entirety. Realizing that we had
to completely tear out the kitchen and master bathroom, I
immediately thought of you as the only person to do the job
and do it the way I would expect it to be completed so that
it looked fabulous.
We first used your services 19 years ago when we totally re-worked
my kitchen in our home on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The
kitchen was contemporary for its time and worked perfectly
for entertaining lots of-guests. It worked so well that it
is eventually what helped sell our home 2 years ago.
We called you for advice on our new home and within one week
had a complete layout as to what you thought the best way
to re-work the kitchen would be. We loved the plan you laid
out and took pride in working with you to complete the design
of the custom cabinets. It was a pleasure working with you
to coordinate with other contractors that assisted with the
lighting and countertops. Upon completion of this room, we
can assure you that we have a designer showcase kitchen.
Alter completing the kitchen, we then contracted you to design
custom cabinets for our master bath, dining room and guest
bathroom. As we would expect, the work was incredible. Furthermore,
you stayed within the anticipated due dates which always makes
a homeowner happy.
We are frequently providing others with your name and number
so they can receive the incredible service and quality craftsmanship
that we continue to receive from you. What better way is there
to thank someone for the dreams they have made come true than
